Sparks fly with yet another new man - former Backstreet Boy Nick Carter. It's barely news when Paris Hilton, 22, is seen out with another man. But this time, her affair with former Backstreet Boy Nick Carter, 33, seems to be serious. The pair were hot and heavy at Oliver Hudson's New Year's Eve bash (held at his mom Goldie Hawn's Malibu spread). They were equally close at L.A. nightclub Avalon on Jan.3 after he took her shopping in Beverly Hills. Then on Jan.6 at the Chi club in L.A., they were all over each other: Micro-mini-clad Paris even gave the Backstreet Boy an impromptu lap dance -- before the couple left together in Carter's SUV. SHACKED UP? Now, sources say Paris has moved out of her house in L.A. and into Nick's (her rep denies it). This was soon after she was seen out with male model Lucas Babin, hot on the heels of another fling with L.A. Kings hockey star Jared Aulin, 21. However, a friend notes, Paris has had her eye on Nick for some time. "They first met about a year ago at a party," our source says. "she had the hots for him, but he wouldn't give her the time of day. But now that she's famous..."

Paris and her latest beau, erstwhile boy-band hunk Nick Carter - a beefy, pleasant-faced fellow with a dyed-blond mop - seemed stuck together like bubblegum. At any rate, she seemed very attached to him. "I'm waiting for my boyfriend," she kept announcing at public events. Or: "Where's my boyfriend? Where's my boyfriend?" Or, more desperately: "Where the fuck is my boyfriend?" Paris and Nick got into a tiff at Sunday's Motorola bash. Lowdown spotted her exchanging some apparently severe words with him. He was staring unhappily away. But 10 minutes later, she was clutching him and they were making out.

The hottest celebrity couple of the moment -- socialite extraordinaire PARIS HILTON and BACKSTREET BOY NICK CARTER -- have been mingling at the mega-trendy Sundance Film Festival and melting the cold Park City, Utah, ice with their hot romance. Watch tonight's ET as we catch up with the flaxen and fabulous pair as they make the rounds at the star-studded events, including the Details magazine party. During the shindig, the couple revealed to our CHRIS BOOKER how they met. "My bodyguard is friends with him," said Paris. Nick elaborates: "He said (to Paris) 'I want to introduce you to a nice guy' and, you know, I am a nice guy!" Although the festival started less than a week ago, Paris and Nick have already made a number of pit stops at some of the high-profile parties, including the X-Box Live Motorola party, where the duo danced into the wee hours of the morning. Paris also tried on some parkas and grabbed a couple goodie bags with her "Simple Life" pal NICOLE RICHIE at the SEAN JOHN lodge, one of the many condos sponsored by fashion labels at the event. "If the Ledings could see us now!" Nicole gushed, referring to their adopted Arkansas family. Later, she and Nick showed up hand-in-hand at the premiere of ASHTON KUTCHER's new, sci-fi/suspense flick, 'The Butterfly Effect.' Ashton jokingly asked our CHRIS BOOKER, "Did she have clothes on?" But AMY SMART, Ashton's co-star in the movie, said the reality TV darling was quite charming. "I saw her at the after-party," Smart said. "She was very sweet."

Celebrity couple Paris Hilton and Nick Carter surprised onlookers at the Sundance Film Festival, because they couldn't keep their hands off each other. The hotel heiress and her Backstreet Boy lover have been inseparable in recent weeks and didn't hold back at the independent movie bash in Park City, Utah. An onlooker says, "He kept sliding his hands down the top of her mini- skirt and slobbering all over her."

In the latest celebrity pairing, socialite and now reality star PARIS HILTON and Backstreet Boy NICK CARTER are officially lovebirds. And what do the two spend their time doing together? What else -- golfing! "I think it's cute," says Paris of her pink-hued golfing attire. "Now I look like a golfer." The pair first hit the gift shop to look for proper threads for the links. Paris tried on skirts, sweaters, spikes, gloves and a purse for all of her golf necessities. She decided to go without the golfer's staple visor because she wanted to show off her recently corn-rowed hair. In between giving his opinion on all of the said items, new beau Nick only tried on a couple of striped shirts! Then it was on to the golf cart, which Paris drove to the couple's golf lesson. Nick cozied up to his new gal pal and gave her some pointers. "Keep your eye on the ball; look at the ball." Some of the sports greats to join the cute couple were WAYNE GRETZKY, PETE SAMPRAS and CHARLES BARKLEY. The always entertaining event airs Saturday, January 24, on NBC at 2:30 p.m.
