Nick on XL 106.7 Orlando

Nick was just on XL 106.7 (ORLANDO,FL) radio station, calling from his boat. He talked with Kid Cruz about his new boat he got for his dad, and entering it into the race, and that their first race will be in Daytona,Beach.. and that he is really excited to see one of his dad's dreams coming true b/c of it. He also said his solo career, later on ..will definatly be a rock sound..

Kid Cruz: SO what are you listening to now days, what's in your Cd player?

Nick: I'm listening to everything, rock wise, linkin park I have played out so much I don't think I can play it anymore, and also System of the down. I love rap too, I like JArule, I have his cd.. and that one rapper... man what's his name..

Kid Cruz: Juvenille?Ludacris?..... Nick: yeah that's it, Ludacris, that cat is tight.

Then he said to watch the paper-view special tonight and that it's going to be "dope".. they asked him about the grammys he said "man, I hope we win a frickin award, we will see I guess"..

Nick also said that pop is changing, and it's not going to be the same sound anymore, it's going to get different, but for the better.

Well he talked about mostly all of that, pretty short interview. He sounded very up and happy, was laughing and all.. actually sounded pretty comfortable talking.

Nick talkin about a Grammy...

Cruz: Yeah, absolutely, I mean...it's definitely starting to change already. It's evolving a little bit. Are you going to...you guys have Grammy nominations or a Grammy nomination. Are you going out to the Grammy's?

Nick: Yeah, yeah me and the fellas are goin' out and doin' a Grammy presentation. And we're gonna sit there and hopefully win an award...hopefully!!

Cruz: I hope so.

Nick: I would love to win a freakin' Grammy! (Laughs)

Cruz: Do you have a space cleared? Where you gonna put it? You got it all waitin'?

Nick: Uh, yeah! I've definitely got a space there! I definitely got a space waitin'...on my boat, right here! (Laughs) I'd have to carry it around in my back pocket everywhere I go just so I could pull it out and be like, and be like "You see this?! That's a Grammy!"
