Carter, 22, responds. Cut to the chase: Are you, as has been reported, dating Britney Spears?Everybody asks that. No. No. That sounds like a no. How did the rumor start? Wishful thinking. The press really wants to start something. So you wouldn't date her? Don't get me wrong. She's a very, very attractive lady, and if I got to know her, I couldn't say something wouldn't happen. And if it did happen, how would we know? Would you lend her your sweater? I give clothing to people I care about. And you'd see her around me a lot. On to other rumors. Did you club-hop recently with Prince William? We got together. Details, please. He's a cool cat. I met him once and we hung out for a little bit at some club—Attica, I think it was called, in London. We had some drinks and chilled out. Be honest. Who got more female attention? Put it this way. He came over to me. He rolled in with a bunch of guys in suits, and I was chilling with the ladies. Your bandmate Brian Littrell told PEOPLE the group doesn't hang out together except when working. True? Yeah. Brian's about to have a baby, and his life has changed. That's cool. Things have changed for the better. We're still close, all of us, to a certain extent.
