Beats - Fox Kids Aussie

I did not get the full interview of this as Olivia my friend caught as she was flipping through the channels.

NICK: I'm gonna have fun, I'm gonna have a lot of fun.

(Shows part of the video clip 'Help Me')

GIRL: How do you expect your fans will react to your work without the other Backstreet Boys ?

NICK: When I started recording I kinda found myself and, and it, I found a way to release all the stuff that I'd been holding inside as since a young kid. And I finally got it out and I got it up on paper and writing and stuff like that. Its kinda been like a therapy for me. A big therapy and just youknow I, I really, what I hope is that I just hope that fans be there to support and see that I'm happy and maybe that will make them happy.

(Nick talks about the song 'Help Me') The song 'Help Me' has meanings to it. It's mmm, the chorus is like Help figure out the difference between right and wrong, weak and strong, day and night. Where I belong you know, it's like its kinda like finding myself and that's kinda what I've been trying to do through this whole recording process, is find myself and who I am because you know when your young and a lot of kids who turn 18, Well in the States, they turn 18 and they move out of the house and they go themselves, and you know I never got the chance to do that at all and that's what I've been, been kinda doing adn that song released me in that way.

GIRL: In his time off, Nick has turned into a bit of a wax head and is counting the days till he can visit Australia to shred some waves.

NICK: If its up to me if I get any time off I'm gonna be over so you better watch out for me anyway. I'll be surfing them waves. I like Brisbane for some reason. It was, it was really weird, like I, I just step out and, of the hotel and it felt like, it just, you know, how you take a deep breath of fresh air and it just felt really fresh there. For some reason, I like Brisbane but I like Sydney too.

(More of the video clip finishes off the interview.)
